My Name is Sheldon, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Brockport and bring firsthand athletic experience with three years of collegiate football.
I am a personal trainer and massage therapist who specializes in corrective exercise and functional fitness. After facing multiple injuries during my athletic career, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of proper rehabilitation and functional training. That journey sparked my passion for helping others reach their fitness goals—while staying pain-free and moving with intention.
I believe training should increase confidence, not fear. My job is to guide you every step of the way. I also believe that strength training alone wasn’t the answer, and stretching alone wasn’t either. That’s why I built my coaching around functional strength, mobility, and movement quality. I help people rebuild trust in their bodies, move without pain, and get strong in ways that carry over to real life.
